Common questions
What counts as a conversion?
Each page you turn into Figma counts once, whether you paste HTML in the web editor, capture a page with the Chrome extension, or import with the Figma plugin. All three share one monthly conversion quota. API conversions, made from your own code through the CodeRender API, have their own quota.
Is the Chrome extension included in my plan?
Yes, on every plan, including Free. The extension signs in with your CodeRender account and uses the same monthly conversion quota as the web editor.
What happens when I hit my quota?
Conversions, API conversions, and AI points reset every 30 days. Requests beyond your monthly quota are rejected until the next period — or you can upgrade to a higher tier and the new quota applies right away.
Is Free a trial?
No. Free is a permanent plan with 10 conversions, 5 API conversions, 25 AI points, and about 5 AI designs a month. Lite and Pro are optional upgrades for higher quotas — Free stays Free.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues through the end of your current period — no early cut-off.
Does the Free plan have lower conversion quality?
No. Free uses the exact same conversion quality as paid plans. Paid plans increase your monthly conversion quotas, not conversion quality.
What do paid plans add if quality is the same?
Higher monthly quotas. Free includes 10 conversions, 5 API conversions, 25 AI points, and about 5 AI designs per month. Lite includes 50 conversions, 10 API conversions, 350 AI points, and about 70 AI designs. Pro includes 1,000 conversions, 100 API conversions, 1,500 AI points, and about 300 AI designs. Actual AI design count can vary by page size. The conversion quality is the same.
